Welcome to the Lifting Individual and Family Expectations (LIFE), Inc. website. LIFE, Inc. is a behavioral health counseling agency. We understand that everyone faces challenges in life. They may range from everyday frustrations, behavior changes to truly traumatic grief/loss and life changing events amongst other things. We all have ways of coping with these challenges. Sometimes our coping mechanisms are effective and sometimes they are not. For many people, just knowing a potentially tough situation lies in front of them is enough to make them anxious, fearful, depressed and have it negatively impact their day.

When you work with LIFE, Inc. you don't have to feel ashamed to share your situation. This is a judgment, blame and shame free zone. You are allowed to share your most inner fears, concerns and challenges with us.
